Job Description

Bridgemead Consulting is recruiting for the position of Account Manager. As Account Manager, your responsibilities include building and maintaining a sales pipeline with a high conversion rate, developing PR campaigns in line with the client’s needs with research into industry trends and attending sales meetings to provide progress updates. You should also be able to identify new sales opportunities through networking initiatives and customer referrals. To be successful in this role, you should be adept at analyzing sales performance metrics and negotiating contracts. You should always demonstrate excellent communication, management, and customer service skills. Driven, ambitious, and willing to contribute to the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact in clients’ relationships.
  • Assist the senior account manager in overseeing and managing multiple clients’ accounts.
  • Develop and implement monthly account planning and activities.
  • Oversee media coverage by identifying and placing clients in targeted high-level media and blog opportunities.
  • Build and maintain outstanding client relationships.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Identify areas of improvement for existing clients.
  • Develop public relations strategies, social media, and marketing plans to implement.

Education & Experience

Academic Qualification

BSc in public relations, marketing, communications, business administration, or other relevant courses.

Work Experience

Minimum of 4 years proven work experience, as an Account Executive in the PR industry. Expertise in talent development.

Previous Experience
