Job Description

We are looking for a professional account officer to coordinate and oversee our clients’ organization operations. The accountant will ensure all accounting standards and policies are adhered to and must display professionalism when rendering accounting and financial activities for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Creating and processing invoices for clients
  • Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.
  • Tracking organisation expenses.
  • Ensure timely payment processing for clients.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and industry-specific requirements.
  • Handle payroll management.
  • Report of all correspondence of routine weekly, and monthly activities to the management.
  • Assist in preparing financial budgets and financial planning for the organization.
  • Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations.
  • Develop financial strategies to ensure business sustainability and growth.
Key Skills & Competency:
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite. 3
Excellent verbal and written communication. 3
Knowledge of accounting principles, taxation and financial reports. 3
Excellent teamwork and organizational skills. 3
Analytical and problem-solving skills. 3
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping 3
Education & Experience

Academic Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or another relevant course

Work Experience

Minimum of 2 years work experience as an Accountant, account officer or similar role.

Professional Experience

ICAN, ACCA, etc. is an added advantage.
Working Conditions

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

working days

(Monday – Friday)

Salary: 100k
