Job Description

We are looking for a professional Administrative Officer that will be responsible for performing all administrative responsibilities and ensuring the smooth operation of various departments. The administrative officer will ensure the maintenance of office supplies, coordinate administrative activities and contribute to the overall productivity and success of the organization. To be a successful Administrative Officer, the individual must demonstrate an understanding of office procedures management. Corp members are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the organization’s incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Provide accurate feedback to stakeholders and maintain essential reports.
  • Manage office supplies and order new supplies as needed.
  • Prepare expense reports and office budgets.
  • Ensure smooth running of office operations
  • File and keep records of important company documents.
  • Liaise with external service providers and coordinate maintenance and repairs of office equipment.
  • Schedule and book meetings as required.
  • Monitor and track general office expenditures and operational supplies.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments in the organization as needed.

Education & Experience

Academic Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other relevant degree(s).

Work Experience

Minimum of 1- 2 years work experience as an Administrative Officer or similar role.

Previous Experience

Familiarity with the skincare production industry would be an added advantage.
Working Conditions

working hours

8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

working days

(Mondays –Fridays)

Salary: 50k - 60k
