Job Description

Bridgemead Consulting is recruiting for the position of a personal assistant on behalf of our client: a CEO of an umbrella organisation with businesses in the following industries; hair & beauty, event management and construction. Key Responsibilities:
  • - Act as the first point of contact, manage internal and external correspondence on behalf of the executive.
  • - Manage the executive’s diary, organise meetings and appointments etc.
  • - Coordinating and arranging official and private travel arrangements (both domestic and international) and organise trip itineraries.
  • - Carrying out background research and presenting findings for use in reports, presentations etc.
  • - Coordinate all events and projects spearheaded by the executive.
  • - Liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as clients, business guests, vendors, contractors etc on behalf of the executive.
  • - Oversee the collation and filing of office expenses.
  • - Typing, formatting and editing reports, documents and presentations.
  • - Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar and sending reminders
  • - Ordering office supplies and replacements as well as managing courier and mail services.
  • - Other responsibilities as may be assigned by management.

Education & Experience

Academic Qualification (s)

BSc/HND in business administration or a related field.

Years of Experience

Minimum of one - two years’ experience as a personal assistant,

Other experience

Extensive experience in creating documents using office software such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is an added advantage. Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook is advantageous.
Working Conditions

Work Hours

Monday – Friday 8AM – 6PM

Travel Requirements

As required

Salary: N100,000 - N150,000 (+benefits)
